How To Book

Email rental application to; fax it to City of Fairfield, Community Resources Department at (707) 428-7437; mail it to City of Fairfield, Community Resources Department at 1000 Webster Street, Fairfield, CA 94533; or deliver it in person to 1000 Kentucky Street, Fairfield.

Hours Of Operation The business office is open Monday - Thursday, 12:30-4:30 p.m. Rooms are available: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday 8 a.m.-1 a.m. Sunday 8 a.m.-12 a.m.
Rental Policy You must make your request at least 30 days prior to the use date, but no more than a year in advance. If you're doing a public event, such as a performance, you must fill out an events application with the Fairfield police department at least 60 days in advance. Fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation approval. Changes to a rental must be requested in person and will require a $30 processing fee. Most activities require proof of liability insurance, to be submitted no fewer than 21 days prior to the event. If your event occurs outside of business hours or will include more than 100 people, you must pay for a facility attendant at $22/hr, minimum 2 hours. You must also hire a security guard if you are serving alcohol or are hosting a teen event or a public event. Users are responsible for clean-up.
Cancellation Policy Please allow 15 business days for us to refund your security deposit. Cancellations require a processing fee. If it's at least 60 days in advance, the fee is $30. If it's 30-59 days in advance, it's the $30 fee plus half the reservation total. If it's fewer that 30 days, you forfeit the entire reservation fee as well as the $30 processing fee.
