This is a 1000 square foot flexible gallery, production, meeting, and co-working space. Our large skylight and windows also provide great natural lighting. We have seating for 20; however, we can accommodate 45. There will be an additional charge to order the extra seating. We are located in the up and coming Laurel district of Oakland near restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shopping.
Wifi, video monitor, tables, chairs, coffee/tea, and wireless PA system are all included in the fee. There is also space for catering; however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. There is a sink, microwave, and bathroom available for use.
This is a great space for small gatherings up to 45 people. It works best for small launch parties, networking, exhibits, poetry readings, dance rehearsals, small parties, listening events, small video projects, photography shoots, or pop up retail events.
A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival and the host will help set up any food or equipment you bring. Our space is available for rent weekends by appointment.
There is free parking in the surrounding neighborhood and metered parking on MacArthur Blvd. The space is also accessible by bus.

|Hours Of Operation||Our space is open Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm and by appointment. The space is available to be booked Monday through Friday, 5p to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 11pm.|
|Rental Policy||To book our studio for photo shoot or event, please send an email request with the date, time and nature of your event. We also suggest a site visit before you book. Upon booking, your payment is due in full to hold the space at your requested date and time. Photoshoots require 48 hours cancelation notice to receive a full refund. If less than 48 hours notice you will not receive a refund. Events require 7 days notice to receive a full refund. If less than 7 days, a 50% refund will be provided.|
